Conditions for Return & Exchange

The product must be in its original condition, exactly as received, without being used or opened if it comes in sealed packaging.

The invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the returned or exchanged product.

The customer shall bear the shipping cost in the case of a return or exchange request, unless the product has a defect.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, it can be returned or exchanged without any additional shipping costs to the customer.

Returns or exchanges do not apply to products that have been opened, used, or lost their original packaging (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Return Procedure

The customer must contact customer service within the 14-day period to submit a return or exchange request.

The request will be reviewed to ensure it meets the policy requirements.

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued through the original payment method, or a replacement product will be shipped as per the customer’s preference.
